Drive Into Summer Terms and Conditions

The discount relates to the hotel’s Best Available Rate (BAR). BAR is unrestricted and excludes discounted or negotiated rates not available to the general public. This Drive into Summer applies to select destinations in North America. Offer valid on travel from June 15, 2026 – August 11, 2026. Offer expires August 6, 2026 at 11:59pm PST.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer discounts, and cannot be applied to prior reservations. Rates may be higher on weekends or during special events. Discount rates are not available for holidays and peak travel dates. Minimum length of stay, blackout dates, and cancellation restrictions apply. Offer and reservations are subject to availability. Airfare, transportation, taxes, and all other incidental charges are not included. Rates do not include admission to any event, attraction, or theme park.

A resort fee ranging from $10‍–‍$30 plus taxes (depending on resort selected) will be charged per night. An additional charge will be applied for the use of certain resort facilities, including, but not limited to, the on-site leisure facilities. Facilities differ at each resort. By making a reservation, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that stays may not be booked at the listed properties during the applicable blackout periods, regardless of availability shown elsewhere. Blackout dates are subject to change without notice. No credits, refunds, date changes, substitutions, or alternative accommodations will be provided due to blackout date restrictions.

Reservations at certain properties are subject to room type exclusions. By making a reservation, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that the room types listed above are not available under these Terms and Conditions and that all other room types at the listed properties may be limited, subject to change without notice, and not guaranteed. Requests for excluded room types will not be accommodated, and no upgrades, substitutions, refunds, credits, price adjustments, or alternative accommodations will be provided as a result of these exclusions.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and amendments are permitted up until 48 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel the booking after this time or fail to check-in by midnight on your scheduled arrival date, then the total amount for the first night will be charged. Payment will be taken in the local currency of the resort. If you fail to check-in, 100% of the payment will be retained. The credit card used for the payment must be presented at check-in and the name on the credit card must match the name on the photo ID presented at check-in.
